The Secret Domes Terms and Conditions

We do not allow under 18’s in our Secret Domes. 

We operate on a timed booking system and each booking is allocated a 2 hour slot for parties of 3 or more. And 1.5hrs for parties of 2. Please be conscious of other guests and ensure prompt arrival and departure times so that everyone is able to have the same experience. We will always endeavour to extend bookings should you run a little late but please note we cannot guarantee this. 

Our Secret Dome close at 10pm last bookings can be made at 8:30pm, however the time period for the booking will be1.5 hours due to licensing laws

Food is available in the domes and will be available 7 days a week from 19th April 2023

For Cancellations of bookings in our Secret Domes in December, these are required to be made at the very latest, 72 hours prior to the booking. Otherwise, the deposit paid to secure the booking will not be refunded. 

Deposits are not refundable on the day of the booking. They will be deducted in full from the total bill on the day. As of 1st June 2023 a deposit of £30 will be required for all new Secret Domes bookings- this is non refundable and will be redeemed from your bill when you visit

For Cancellations of bookings in our Secret Domes outwith December,these are required to be made at the very latest, 72 hours prior to the booking. Otherwise, there will be a "no-show" fee of £30pp charged to the card linked to the booking. 

There are no charges to book the Dome itself but the following minimum spends do apply, regardless of party size and time of booking. Monday-Thursday, £50 per Dome and Friday-Sunday £85 per Dome, this is EXCLUDING DECEMBER - please see below. If the minimum spend does not happen to be reached, the remaining balance will be taken as a Booking Fee. There will also be a discretionary service charge added to each bill.  

Although we have taken all steps in our power to ensure the Domes are heated and as cosy as possible, please do remember the weather here can be unpredictable and the Secret Domes are outside. We do ask that you dress appropriately for the weather.

Any current discounts run by Cask Smugglers are not applicable in the Secret Domes. 

Customers are held fully responsible for any breakages, damages or thefts whilst booked in our Secret Domes. This does include soiling fees. Failure to adhere to this could incur charges made on the card stored on file. 

Staff reserve the right to refuse service to any groups or individuals who are acting irresponsibly or aggressively. We will not tolerate any abuse towards any members of staff. 

We reserve the right to check all bags brought in by guests and would like to remind you that under no circumstances is any alcohol or food from any outside vendor permitted to be brought into the Secret Domes. 

There is no smoking of any kind, including all kinds of Vapes, allowed in the Secret Domes. Failure to adhere to this could result in removal from the venue.

We do not provide any decorations or celebratory items of any kind. If you would like to have anything of this like in the Domes, please do drop them in to use in advance. Table confetti of any kind is not permitted in the Secret Domes. 

Please note, Cask Smugglers is an independent, family run business. We will absolutely not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff. We want everyone to enjoy their experience in the Secret Domes and we will always do our utmost to ensure any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently with your best interests at heart but displaying any of the above behaviours will not result in this. Please be respectful of staff and other customers throughout the duration of your time with us.
